To approve the minutes of the Ordinary meeting held Wednesday 3rd & 17th December 2025.

6.         Little Weighton Playing Fields

            Any issues to be raised regarding the Playing Fields & agree actions:

7.         Planning

Decision:  24/03819/STPLF –  Erection of a 400kV electricity substation, construction of vehicular access  and associated access road and diversion of Park Lane with associated works at Creyke Beck Substation 4875 Park Lane Cottingham.

7.1 Renewables

            RWE DBS consultation for our community benefit package – Event to be held towards the end of    

            February.

7.2 Planning Enforcement

13.    Highways

         To receive and approve any actions relating to Highways issues or provide update on the  

         following:

         Bentley – Signpost damage & bollard update following further incident.

         Road Closure – junction between Riplingham Road and Westoby Lane and junction between Beverley    

         Road and Steep Hill to Riplingham Road to (finish point: junction between White Gap Lane and    

         Common Road and junction between White Gap Lane and Welton Road) commencing 2 February 2026  

         (between 06:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs) to carry out carriageway inlay, haunching and civil works to be carried   

         out safely.

14.    Grounds Maintenance

         To consider & approve any works required.
