NOTICE OF VIRTUAL MEETING
A Meeting of the Council will be held remotely by Zoom
On THURSDAY 4th FEBRUARY 2021 at 7.00 pm

who wish to attend the meeting must email the parish clerk by Tuesday 2nd February 2021 to

1. Apologies for absence
To receive and accept apologies for absence.
2. Open Forum
Members of the public may make recommendations about matters to be discussed at this meeting or other items of public interest.
3. Declaration of Interest – The Parish Councils (Model Code of Conduct) To record any declarations of interest by any Member in respect of items for discussion on this agenda. Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared.

To approve the minutes of the meeting held Thursday 7th January 2021 as previously circulated (*).

To consider Planning Applications and any other applications received from East Riding Council for Consideration by the Council.
- Applications:
20/04198/CM – Proposed extension to the existing Riplingham Quarry for the extraction of chalk, and a full landscape restoration of the proposed extended site by backfilling with inert material to create a calcareous grassland with new tree Planting for Stoneledge Plant & Transport Limited.
7.4 Croft Park – To receive update from Ward Councillors who attended a meeting with Planning Officers. *
7.5 Empowering our Community re Housing Builds (discussion topic from Cllr Meredith Dec 20).
7.6 To receive Documentation relating to the ERYC (A164 Castle Hill Roundabout to A164 Regiment Roundabout (Compulsory Purchase Order 2021), detailing Compulsory purchase of land and new rights of way in Skidby, Rowley & Woodmansey.
