7.2 Albanwise Synergy – Zoom meeting was held 7.12.20 to discuss Creyke Beck Solar Farm – Application to be submitted early 2021 to ERYC.
7.3 Decisions:
20/03383/PLF – Erection of single storey extension to side following removal of existing outbuilding at Little Hunsley Farm, The Avenue, High Hunsley. (*)
20/00214/PLF – Erection of a detached dwelling following demolition of existing garage with associated works at Land North of Sunnybank, 27 Old Village Road, Little Weighton. (*)
7.4 Croft Park – Complaints made to ERYC Enforcement Officer in respect of a breach of
planning approval. (Residents Letters circulated to Council).
7.5 Empowering our Community re Housing Builds (discussion topic from Cllr Meredith Dec 20).
7.6 Notice of Landowner Deposits under Section 15a (1) of the Commons Act 2006 – on Risby Estates, by Albanwise Limited. – Clarification sought from Definitive Maps Officer (ERYC).
