1.         Open Forum

            Members of the public may make recommendations about matters to be discussed at this meeting or other items of public interest.

2.         Apologies for absence

            To receive and accept apologies for absence.

3.         Declaration of Interest – The Parish Councils (Model Code of Conduct) To record any declarations of interest by any Member in respect of items for discussion on this agenda. Members declaring interests should identify the agenda item and type of interest being declared.

4.         Minutes         

To approve the minutes of the Ordinary meeting held Wednesday 5th February 2025

5.         Local Policing Team   

  • To receive Dale Ward & Beverley Rural Report  
  • Opportunity from Dan Goodman (Community Speed watch Co-ordinator) to attend future Parish Council Meeting.

6.         Little Weighton Playing Fields

            Any issues to be raised regarding the Playing Fields & agree actions:

  1. Further Quotation sought for remedial works to be carried out.
  2. Pavilion Door – requires repainting.
  3. Yorkshire Water – Leak in Meter Chamber reported.

7.         Planning

To consider Planning Applications and any other applications received from East Riding Council for Consideration by the Council.

  1. No Planning applications or Decisions received at time of agenda going to print.

8.         Renewables

a) Dogger Bank D  – PC representatives to Join Liaison Group. Introductory session to be held.

b) Northern Powergrid – North Humber to High Marnham invitation letter of statutory consultation

11.  Correspondence

ERYCScheme to replace existing bus shelters that are in poor condition or to install new bus shelters at stops where these currently do not exist. – To identify the need to replace or instal within the Parish.

ERYCTo note Budget Set for 2025/26 – An increase of 4.99 percent to council tax was agreed to help fund the continued delivery of essential services.

14.    Highways

         To receive and approve any actions relating to Highways issues or provide update on the  

         following:

  1. Chalk Path update – (Final Instalment – due by 20th March 2025) outputs and outcomes required, along with Questionnaire to be completed for funding closure.
  2. Riplingham Crossroads (Near Riplingham Grange) – Further accidents reported.
  3. Skidby Road/Risby Hill – Ownership (Councillor Hayton)
  4. Flytipping reported – Dunflat Lane

15.    Grounds Maintenance

         To consider & approve any works required.
